Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered depending on room availability.

All booking and cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email, message, or online form).
A booking is only valid once confirmed by the hotel.
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, additional terms and conditions may apply.

Infants (0–1 years old): Stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Cribs available upon request.
Children (2–5 years old): Stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds may incur additional charges.
Guests aged 6 and above: Considered adults. Additional beds may be required depending on room type and number of guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.
Cooking and use of high-powered electrical appliances are not allowed in rooms.
Strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian) are not permitted.
Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed in guest rooms or public hotel areas.
Weapons, hazardous chemicals, and explosives are prohibited.
Illegal activities such as gambling, drug use, or prostitution are strictly forbidden.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property.
