1. Delivery Method
Our services (including room reservations, event packages, dining, and other amenities) are delivered directly at the hotel premises. We do not provide delivery or shipping of physical goods to external addresses.
2. Service Delivery Time

Accommodation services begin at check-in time (from 14:00) and end at check-out time (before 12:00 noon).

Other pre-booked services (e.g. spa treatments, airport pickup) will be delivered according to the schedule confirmed via email or booking slip.

In case of delays or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, our staff will promptly notify guests.
3. Service Confirmation and Handover

Guests will receive a confirmation email, document, or invoice upon successful reservation or service booking.

Services are considered delivered once the guest checks in or utilizes the service at the hotel.
4. Shipping of Invoices or Documents

For guests requiring physical invoices or confirmation documents, these can be:

Collected in person at the Front Desk.

Sent via postal mail or courier upon request (applicable shipping fees will be charged).
